  • Service Scope: Our services are limited to facilitating communications, data entry, and administrative workflows for authorized, regulated Freight Brokers.

  • Regulatory Disclaimer: Keystone Logistics & Trade Partners LLC is NOT a Freight Broker, a Motor Carrier, or a Freight Forwarder. We do not hold a Motor Carrier (MC) number, and we do not engage in the business of transporting goods or arranging for the physical transport of cargo. We act strictly as an independent contractor providing administrative support to entities that hold the necessary regulatory authorities.

2. Business Relationship

The use of our services or website does not create a broker-carrier relationship or a shipper-broker relationship. We provide support services to third-party regulated entities under separate written Service Agreements.

3. Compliance and AML Policy

As a Wyoming-registered entity, we maintain strict compliance with U.S. laws. We do not participate in, nor facilitate, the unauthorized movement of funds. All service fees paid to us are for professional administrative services rendered and are not related to freight insurance, cargo claims, or fuel advances.

4. Limitation of Liability

As an outsourced administrative provider, Keystone Logistics & Trade Partners LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Physical damage to cargo or equipment.

  • The actions, omissions, or delays of third-party motor carriers or brokers.

  • Any financial disputes arising between a broker and a carrier.
    Our liability is strictly limited to the professional administrative services defined in your specific service contract.

5. Consent to Electronic Communication

  • Standard Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

6. Governing Law
